Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped(optional)
Instructions
- 1
Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
- 2
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.

In the same pot, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 5
Add the dry fettuccine noodles to the liquid, breaking them in half if necessary to fit. Reduce heat to medium.
- 6
Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
- 7
Stir the cooked chicken and Parmesan cheese back into the pot until the cheese is melted and the sauce is glossy.
- 8
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
