One-Pan Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

    In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with the olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes without moving them.

    Flip the shrimp and add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes.

    Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

    Stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter, lemon juice, and fresh parsley.

    Toss to coat the shrimp evenly in the sauce and remove from heat immediately.

    Serve warm over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
