- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 2.5 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes(optional)
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(optional)

Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

Add the dry spaghetti and pour in the chicken broth. Ensure the pasta is mostly submerged.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, until most of the liquid is absorbed and pasta is al dente.
