- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 Large egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 pinch Salt

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Grease two 6-ounce ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder or flour.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth.

Whisk in the powdered sugar until combined.

Add the whole egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Whisk gently until the mixture is smooth.

Fold in the flour and salt until just combined; do not overmix.
