Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 150 grams Feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Slice the cucumber into half-moons and halve the cherry tomatoes.

    Thinly slice the red onion into slivers.

    In a large salad bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and Kalamata olives.

    In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
