Ingredients
- 1 cup Rava (Semolina/Suji)
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Beans, Peas)
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Vangi Bhath Powder or Bisi Bele Bhath Powder
- 3 tablespoons Ghee or Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon each Urad Dal and Chana Dal
- 10 pieces Cashew Nuts(optional)
- 10 leaves Curry Leaves
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Grated Coconut(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions

Dry roast the rava in a pan on medium heat until it becomes aromatic and slightly changes color, then set aside.

Heat ghee or oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and cashew nuts.

Once the dals turn golden brown, add the curry leaves and chopped onions, sautéing until translucent.

Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.

Stir in the masala powder (Vangi Bhath or Bisi Bele Bhath powder) and salt, mixing well with the vegetables.

Pour in 2.5 cups of water and bring it to a rolling boil.

Slowly add the roasted rava while stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.

Cover and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes until the water is absorbed, then garnish with grated coconut and fresh coriander.
