Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual rolls connected, and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Spread the olive salad evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, pressing it slightly into the bread.
Layer the meats over the olives, starting with the ham, then the salami, and finally the mortadella.
Place the provolone and mozzarella slices over the meat to cover the entire surface, then replace the top half of the rolls.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden.
