- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs(optional)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley(optional)
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- 2
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.

Reserve 3 tablespoons of the honey mustard mixture in a small ramekin to use for extra glazing later.
- 4
Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels and season them lightly with salt and black pepper.
- 5
Dip each chicken tender into the main bowl of glaze, ensuring it is fully coated on all sides.
- 6
Place the coated tenders onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece for even airflow.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 8
Brush the reserved glaze over the hot tenders immediately after removing them from the oven for a glossy finish.
