Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds(optional)
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce.

In a separate tiny bowl, mix the cornstarch with one tablespoon of water to create a slurry and set aside.

Heat one tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes; remove chicken and set aside.

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the same skillet and stir fry the broccoli and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the honey garlic sauce over the mixture.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
