Ingredients
- 10 pieces Corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 large Ripe avocados
- 1 juiced Lime
- 0.25 cup Red onion
- 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(optional)
- 1 minced Jalapeño(optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the corn tortillas into 6 wedges each. Toss them in a bowl with vegetable oil and half the salt until evenly coated.

Spread the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.

While chips bake, scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork to your desired consistency.

Stir in the lime juice, diced red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.

Season the guacamole with the remaining salt and serve immediately with the warm chips.
