Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 0.5 cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup Celery, diced
- 0.5 cup Red grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons Red onion, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard(optional)
- to taste Salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped(optional)

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.

Add the cooked chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and minced red onion to the bowl.
