Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 4 pieces Pita bread rounds
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 1 medium Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 50 g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

    In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

    Warm the pita breads in a dry pan or microwave for 15 seconds until soft.

    Spread a generous tablespoon of tzatziki onto each pita.

    Layer the cooked chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion in the center of the pita.

    Top with crumbled feta cheese.

    Fold the pita over the filling and serve immediately.
