Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 stalks Green onions, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
- 1 cup Napa cabbage, finely shredded
- 30 pieces Round dumpling wrappers
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Water

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and shredded cabbage.

Mix the filling thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until the mixture becomes slightly tacky.

Place a dumpling wrapper on a flat surface and put 1 tablespoon of filling in the center.

Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and pinch pleats along one side to seal tightly.

Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Place potstickers in the skillet in a single layer and fry for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

Carefully pour the water into the skillet and immediately cover with a tight-fitting lid.

Steam for 5-7 minutes until the water has evaporated and the chicken is fully cooked through.
