- 1 lb Bok Choy
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes(optional)

Wash the bok choy thoroughly and slice vertically into halves or quarters depending on size.

Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger to the pan, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant but not burnt.

Add the bok choy to the pan. Toss frequently for 2-3 minutes until the leaves are wilted and the stems are crisp-tender.
