Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 3/4 cup Orange juice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes(optional)

Place the chicken pieces and cornstarch in a large bowl or zip-top bag and toss until the chicken is thoroughly coated.

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and orange zest to create the sauce.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

Pour the orange sauce mixture into the same skillet and bring to a simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until it thickens into a glaze.
