Crispy Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 14 oz Extra-firm tofu
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 medium Bell pepper
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced(optional)
Instructions

Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes.

Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry tofu until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add the remaining oil to the pan. Sauté broccoli and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the sauce and the crispy tofu back into the pan.

Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients.

Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
