Ingredients
- 250 g Halloumi cheese
- 6 pieces Small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded red cabbage
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 0.25 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Sriracha or hot sauce
- 1 handful Fresh cilantro(optional)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

Slice the halloumi into 1cm thick rectangles and pat dry with a paper towel.

In a small bowl, toss the shredded cabbage with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Set aside to soften.

Mix the sour cream and sriracha in a small ramekin to create the spicy crema.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes per side until deeply golden and crispy.

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds.

Assemble tacos by placing two slices of halloumi on each tortilla, topping with the lime slaw, a drizzle of spicy crema, and fresh cilantro.
