- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley(optional)

Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
