  • 12 count Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1/2 lb Deli sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 lb Deli sliced honey ham
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon strips
  • 6 slices Colby Jack cheese slices
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce(optional)
  • 1 large Thinly sliced tomato(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  2. 2

Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual rolls connected to create a top and bottom slab.

  3. 3

Place the bottom slab of rolls into the prepared baking dish and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the bread.

  4. 4

Layer the sliced turkey, ham, bacon strips, and cheese slices evenly across the bottom slab of rolls.

  5. 5

Place the top slab of rolls over the cheese and press down gently.

  6. 6

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.

  7. 7

Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  8. 8

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
