- 1.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 0.25 cup Soy sauce
- 0.25 cup Mirin
- 0.25 cup Sake
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced(optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and grated ginger until the sugar is dissolved.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the skillet.

Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the liquid reduces and thickens into a glossy glaze that coats the chicken.
