Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil(optional)

    Slice the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips.

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch to create the sauce.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

    Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

    Add broccoli and bell peppers to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

    Return the chicken to the pan and pour the sauce over the mixture.
