Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Ribeye
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 0.25 cup Grated Asian Pear
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds(optional)

Freeze the beef for 30 minutes to make it easier to slice, then cut into very thin strips against the grain.

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated pear, and ginger.

Add the beef to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat with a small amount of oil.

Add the beef in a single layer, working in batches if necessary, and cook until browned and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.
