Line the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish with one bag of Chessmen cookies.
Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the top of the cookies.
In a large bowl, combine the milk and instant pudding mix, whisking until thick and smooth.
In a separate medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until completely smooth.
Gently fold the thawed whipped topping and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture.
Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined and no streaks remain.
Pour the mixture over the bananas and spread evenly with a spatula.
Top the pudding with the remaining bag of Chessmen cookies and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
