Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Flank Steak
  • 12 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Lime Juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup White Onion
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions

    In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 8 hours).

    Preheat a grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat.

    Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

    Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain into small cubes or strips.
