Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Flank steak or skirt steak
  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 0.25 cup Lime juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder

    In a large bowl or resealable bag, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cumin, and chili powder.

    Add the steak to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours.

    Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet to high heat.

    Remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry slightly. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare.
