Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 large Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze(optional)
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

    Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

    On a large platter, alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella, overlapping them slightly.

    Tuck a fresh basil leaf between each slice.

    Drizzle the entire salad with extra virgin olive oil.
