Caprese Chicken Naan Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Naan bread
  • 1.5 cups Chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 4 oz Fresh mozzarella pearls or slices
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Pesto sauce(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

    Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly brush the naan with olive oil.

    Warm the naan in the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until soft and slightly charred.

    Spread a tablespoon of pesto on each naan if using.

    Layer the sliced cooked chicken, mozzarella, and halved cherry tomatoes evenly over the center of each naan.

    Cover the skillet with a lid for 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt slightly.

    Remove from heat, top with fresh basil leaves, and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.

    Fold the naan in half and serve immediately.
