Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 8 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 sliced Roma Tomatoes
- 0.25 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Black Pepper

Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and nearly cooked through.

Place two slices of mozzarella and two slices of tomato on top of each chicken breast.

Cover the skillet with a lid for 2 minutes or place under a broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
