Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Rectangular flatbread or Naan
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 sliced Roma tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder(optional)

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly brush the tops with olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic powder.

    Layer the sliced mozzarella cheese evenly across the flatbreads.

    Arrange the tomato slices on top of the cheese.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

    Remove from the oven and immediately top with fresh torn basil leaves.

    Drizzle with balsamic glaze, slice, and serve warm.
