Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a wire rack over a large rimmed baking sheet.
Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure the skin gets maximum crispiness.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with the Cajun seasoning, baking powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack and bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
While the wings bake, combine the honey, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, butter, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly and becomes glossy.
Once the wings are finished baking, transfer them to a clean large bowl and pour the warm honey BBQ glaze over them.
Toss the wings until every piece is fully coated, then serve immediately with celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
