- 4 lbs Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 0.5 cup Dark brown sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 cups Large marshmallows
- 0.5 cup Chopped pecans(optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Boil the cubed sweet potatoes in a large pot of salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender, then drain thoroughly.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the potatoes until smooth, then stir in the melted butter, bourbon, and heavy cream.

Whisk together the brown sugar, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl.
