Ingredients
- 15 oz can Black beans
- 1 cup Sweet corn
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(optional)
- 1 whole Avocado(optional)
Instructions

Drain and rinse the black beans and corn thoroughly.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the corn to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly charred.

Stir in the black beans, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.

Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice.

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or over an open flame for 30 seconds per side.

Spoon the bean and corn mixture into the tortillas and top with cilantro and avocado slices if desired.
