- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 12 ounces Ice-cold light lager beer
- 1 large Egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/4 cup Extra flour for dredging(optional)
