Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 small Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce(optional)
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into small crumbles.

    Drain excess fat from the skillet.

    Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and a splash of water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the liquid reduces.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, the juice of half the lime, and a pinch of salt to create the lime crema.

    Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds.
