Beef Lasagna Bolognese

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 12 sheets Lasagna Noodles
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onions and minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the marinara sauce and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.

Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer with 3-4 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the meat sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella.

Repeat the layers twice more, ending with a generous layer of mozzarella and remaining parmesan on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing to allow the layers to set.
