Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 0.25 cup Asian pear, grated
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions

    In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and grated Asian pear.

    Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and toss until every piece is well coated.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
