- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and salt; bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low and stir in the flour with a wooden spoon until a dough ball forms and pulls away from the sides.

Remove from heat, let cool for 5 minutes, then beat in eggs one at a time and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip and pipe 1-inch mounds onto the baking sheet, cutting the dough with scissors.

Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and firm, then immediately toss in a bowl with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.

For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips, let sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
