  • 3 Ripe Hass Avocados
  • 0.5 cup White Onion
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 medium Roma Tomato
  • 1 Serrano or Jalapeño Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

    Finely mince the onion, cilantro, and chili pepper. If using a molcajete, grind a portion of these with salt to create a paste.

    Dice the tomato, removing the seeds and excess pulp to prevent the guacamole from becoming watery.

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.

    Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados until desired consistency is reached, leaving some small chunks for texture.

    Fold in the minced onion, cilantro, chili, and diced tomatoes.

    Add the lime juice and salt, stirring gently to combine.

    Taste and adjust salt or lime as needed. Serve immediately with corn tortilla chips.
