Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork chops (bone-in, 1-inch thick)
- 1.5 cups Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon Prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- 2
Cover the white sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 3
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
- 4
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- 5
Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 6
During the last 2 minutes of grilling, lightly brush a small amount of the white sauce onto the chops to glaze them.
- 7
Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
- 8
Serve the pork chops warm with the remaining chilled Alabama white sauce drizzled over the top or on the side for dipping.
