Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 pieces Small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream(optional)

Instructions

    Toss the thinly sliced chicken with the taco seasoning until evenly coated.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add chicken to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned.

    While chicken cooks, warm the tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds or briefly on a dry pan.

    Assemble tacos by placing chicken in the center of tortillas and topping with lettuce, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
