Ingredients
- 15 oz Canned black beans
- 6 small Corn or flour tortillas
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.25 cup Shredded cheese(optional)
- 2 tbsp Salsa(optional)

Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the beans, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder to the skillet. Stir to coat.

Cook for 5 minutes, lightly mashing some beans with a fork to create texture. Stir in the lime juice.

While beans cook, warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds.

Spoon the bean mixture into the tortillas and top with cheese and salsa if desired.
