- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 0.25 cup water
- 8 pieces corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce(optional)
- 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese(optional)
- 0.25 cup salsa(optional)

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Drain any excess fat from the skillet.

Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.

While the beef simmers, warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by spooning the beef mixture into the tortillas and topping with lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
