- 200 grams Firm Tofu
- 1 medium English Cucumber
- 1 large Carrot
- 1 large Avocado
- 2 tablespoons Pickled Ginger(optional)
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1
Rinse the sushi rice until water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.

While rice is hot, gently fold in rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt; let it cool to room temperature.
- 3
Slice the tofu, cucumber, and carrot into thin, matchstick-sized strips (julienne).
- 4
Lightly sauté the tofu strips in a splash of soy sauce until golden brown and set aside.
- 5
Cut the nori sheets in half to create rectangles for easier rolling.
- 6
Place a small handful of rice on the left third of the nori sheet, spreading it evenly but leaving the edges clear.
- 7
Layer the tofu, cucumber, carrot, and avocado slices diagonally across the rice.
- 8
Fold the bottom left corner of the nori over the filling and continue rolling into a cone shape, using a grain of rice to seal the edge.
