Ingredients
- 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 pinch Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup Chocolate sprinkles
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Butter for greasing hands
- 1 tablespoon Heavy cream(optional)
Instructions

In a medium non-stick saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter over medium-low heat.

Whisk constantly to ensure the cocoa powder is fully incorporated and no lumps remain.

Cook the mixture while stirring continuously with a silicone spatula for about 10 to 15 minutes.

The mixture is ready when it thickens significantly and starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan when tilted.

Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract and salt, then pour the mixture onto a greased plate.

Let the mixture cool completely at room temperature for 1 hour, or in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Once cooled, grease your hands with butter and roll small portions of the dough into 1-inch balls.

Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles until evenly coated and place into mini paper cupcake liners.
