- 2 loaves Pita bread, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 6 pieces Red radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 large English cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Ground sumac
- 1 tablespoon Pomegranate molasses(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Syrian oregano (Za'atar)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and toss the pita squares with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine, sliced radishes, diced cucumber, tomatoes, and green onions.
