- 8 slices Brioche bread, sliced 1.5 inches thick
- 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 count Large eggs
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup(optional)

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
