- 1/2 cup Roasted red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika (Pimentón)
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper(optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Finely chop the fresh parsley leaves, discarding the thicker stems.
