  • 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika (Pimentón)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper(optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
