- 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons Red miso paste
- 2 teaspoons Chili oil (Rayu)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 units Soft-boiled egg(optional)
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 0.25 cup Corn kernels(optional)

In a medium pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.

Whisk in the miso paste and chili oil, stirring constantly to form a smooth paste.

Slowly pour in the broth while whisking to ensure the miso is fully incorporated. Bring to a gentle simmer.

In a separate pot, boil water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.
