- 1 lb Ground beef (90% lean)
- 4 cups Cooked white or brown rice
- 3 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 1 medium Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced ginger to create the sauce.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef until fully cooked, draining any excess fat.

Add the minced garlic and half of the prepared sauce to the beef, stirring for 2 minutes until caramelized and fragrant.

In a separate pan, lightly sauté the shredded carrots and spinach with a splash of water until just wilted, then set aside.

Fry the four eggs in a non-stick skillet until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

Divide the cooked rice into four bowls as the base.

Arrange the spicy beef, sautéed carrots, spinach, and fresh cucumber slices on top of the rice in sections.

Top each bowl with a fried egg, the remaining sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
