Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground beef or Italian sausage
- 25 ounces Frozen cheese ravioli
- 24 ounces Marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves(optional)

In a large deep skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage over medium-high heat until fully cooked.

Drain the excess grease from the skillet and stir in the minced garlic and dried oregano, cooking for 1 minute.

Pour in the marinara sauce and water, stirring to combine with the meat.

Add the frozen ravioli to the skillet, gently stirring to ensure they are mostly submerged in the sauce.

Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until ravioli are tender.

Remove the lid and dollop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese across the top of the ravioli.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the top, then cover for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Garnish with fresh basil and let sit for 5 minutes before serving directly from the skillet.
